A teenage girl has told how she was sexually abused by a man she is accused of murdering.

The 15-year-old girl, who cannot be named due to her age, told the Old Bailey how Robert Daley touched her indecently twice when she was 12.

The girl denies murdering the 45-year-old at his flat in Stockwell, south London, in April.

Her co-defendant, a 15-year-old boy, also denies murder but admits stabbing Mr Daley in self-defence.

The court has previously been told the girl killed Mr Daley after learning he would not be charged for an alleged sex attack on her sister.

The defendant, her 16-year-old sister and a woman had accused Mr Daley of sexual assault, but all three continued to be in contact with him, prosecutors said.

The 15-year-old girl did not make a statement and prosecutors decided not to bring charges in relation to any of the allegations against Mr Daley.

The case continues.
