Police are trying to trace the driver of a lorry which may have killed a man who fell from a bridge over the M25.

His body was found on the carriageway at junction 25 near Enfield, north London, at about 0200 BST.

Officers believe a lorry ran over the man after he fell on to the road but the driver did not stop.

Police have not released a name, but the man's next of kin have been told. The motorway was closed locally for about eight hours after the incident.
