Man stabbed in the back in London's West End

A man has been stabbed in the back in London's West End, the Metropolitan Police has said.
The victim, believed to be in his mid-20s, was found by officers just before 0600 BST in West Central Street.
The man suffered a single stab wound to his back, police said. He remains in an east London hospital.
The stab wound has been described as a life-threatening injury. Officers have begun an investigation but no-one has been arrested as yet.
