A 27-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man and his nephew who were shot dead in east London in 2003.
Amarjit Singh, 52, and his nephew Rajinder Singh, 35, were found dead near the hotel they owned in Forest Gate on 28 August 2003.
Mohammed Ayub Khan, of no fixed abode, is charged with two counts of murder.
He has also been charged with the attempted murder of a 26-year-old woman on the same date and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He is due to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Mr Khan was arrested on Monday afternoon following his extradition to the UK from Bangladesh.
The man's extradition followed his arrest on 5 August in the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka.
