Man jailed for life Shepherd's Bush stabbing murder

A man convicted of stabbing a 28-year-old man to death in west London has been jailed for life.

Jaabe Roberts was found in a flat in Askew Road in Shepherd's Bush on 9 June with a knife wound to the heart.

Karl Lashley, 44, of Askew Road, was found guilty of the murder by an Old Bailey jury. He had denied the charge.

Lashley was sentenced to life imprisonment by the judge and ordered to serve a minimum of 18 years in jail.
