The girlfriend of a man who was kidnapped and murdered in north London is appealing for people to come forward with information.
Ferell Benjamin, 38, of Grahame Park Estate, Colindale, was found beaten to death in Burton Road, Kilburn, on 15 November, a day after being forcibly removed from another address.
Police have released a picture of jewellery found missing from his body.
Mr Benjamin's girlfriend said her whole life had been "torn apart".
Carlene Wellington said she found it hard to explain to her children they would no longer be able to see their father.
"Do people really know the hurt, the pain this has caused not just to me but to my children, to Ferell's family and my own family and friends," she added.
"Violence does not solve anything, it just leaves many people in sorrow.
"We must stop killing each other and whilst it is too late for me, Ferell was taken in most tragic circumstances, don't let it happen to another person, and don't destroy another family.
"I urge you therefore, if you have any information please inform the police or call Crimestoppers and let whoever has done this be brought to justice."
Det Insp Julian King, of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command, said when Mr Benjamin went missing he was wearing a chain with a pendant and a fake Cartier watch which had not been recovered.
"These are distinctive items of jewellery and may be being worn by someone who has bought them in good faith," he said.
Police said Mr Benjamin was forcibly removed from an address in Edgware at 1700 GMT on 14 November and was found at the Kilburn address at 1306 GMT on 15 November.
A post-mortem examination found he died of a head injury.
On 16 November a 21-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and a 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with the inquiry.
Both were bailed to return on dates in February and March.
