Thumb is severed in Manor Park sword attack

A man's thumb was severed during a sword attack in east London.
The 19-year-old victim was attacked in Keller Crescent, Manor Park, at about 2230 GMT on Sunday.
He was left with several slash wounds while the digit on one hand was chopped clean away.
The man was taken to hospital but his injuries are not life-threatening.
Two men have been arrested and remain in custody.
Both Keller Crescent and nearby Gladding Road were temporarily closed by police, but have now reopened.
