An Old Bailey jury has gone out to consider its verdicts on two men accused of murdering a girl of 16 who was shot in an east London pizza shop.

Agnes Sina-Inakoju was shot as she waited for her order at the takeaway in Hoxton Street, Hackney, in April 2010.

She died after being shot in the neck through a window after getting caught up in a gang fight, the court heard.

Leon Dunkley, 22, and Mohammed Smoured, 21, both of Hackney, deny the murder and a firearms charge.

Two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons, deny firearms charges.
