Brixton murder: Man in court over Alper Pasha death

A 24-year-old man has appeared in court charged with murdering a man in Brixton, south London.

Alper Pasha, 43, died four days after being found unconscious outside a KFC restaurant in Coldharbour Lane on 26 May.

Monclair Bartley, of Stockwell, south London, was remanded in custody by Camberwell Green magistrates until a hearing at the Old Bailey next week.

Three other men held on suspicion of assisting an offender were bailed.
