Man accused of David Scott stabbing murder in 1999

A man has been charged with the stabbing murder of a father in north London 12 years ago.

Kwayle Appiah, 36, of Gleave Court, Denham Road, Barnet, is accused of killing David Scott, found fatally injured in Monument Way, Tottenham, in 1999.

Mr Scott, 30, of Warren Court, Tottenham, is believed to have been stabbed in an underpass.

Mr Appiah is due to appear at Redbridge Magistrates Court later.
