A teenager has denied the murder of a young mother and attempting to kill two of her siblings in east London.

Myles Williams, 19, is accused of killing Kirsty Treloar, 20, on 2 January in Hackney.

Williams, of Pond Farm Estate, Hackney, is also charged with the attempted murder of Miss Treloar's brother Dean, 22, and sister Gemma, 24.

He entered not guilty pleas when he appeared via videolink at the Old Bailey.

Miss Treloar's body was found in a grey Fiat Stilo abandoned about a mile from her home in Brownlow Road, Hackney.

The case was adjourned until 1 June and a provisional trial date has been set for 10 September.
