A man has been jailed for four years after admitting wounding in a double shooting case in north London.

Rodney Morrison, 42, of Newham, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm at the Old Bailey.

Lee Wallace, 25, and Jayson Hassan, 28, were shot dead outside a block of flats in Islington in November 2010.

Daniel Wilson, 28, of Lichfield Road, Mile End, and his uncle Wayne Wilson, 43, of Preston, Lancashire, were convicted of the murders last year.

In December they were each ordered to serve a minimum of 35 years.

That trial heard the victims were killed in a row over a £3,000 debt.

Morrison, of Lancaster Road, east London, had also denied two counts of murder and the prosecution offered no evidence on those counts.
