Marcus Innocent shooting: Fifth person charged

A 24-year-old man has become the fifth person to be charged with the murder of man who was shot.

Raffael Scialo, from Greenwich, was charged by police in the early hours with killing Marcus Innocent, 35.

He died during a dispute with a group of up to 20 people near shops in Kingsman Street, Woolwich, in November.

Also charged are Daniel Burgess, 32; Perry Sutton, 24, from Dartford, and brothers Richard Brennan, 28, and Jack Brennan, 21, from Greenwich.

All have been remanded in custody.

Mr Scialo is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court later.
