Millwall FA Cup disorder: Third charge over FA Cup trouble

A third person has been charged in connection with the disorder that broke out among Millwall fans during the club's FA Cup semi-final defeat.

Police made 15 arrests following violence at Wembley Stadium on 13 April during the match with Wigan Athletic.

Billy Phillips, 27, of Erith, south-east London, has been charged with violent disorder and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

He will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court on 22 May.

In connection with the disorder, Terance Cape, 43, of Peckham, south London, has been charged with racially aggravated behaviour and Richard Freeman, 53, of St Neots, Cambridgeshire, was charged with breaching bail conditions.
