Cyclist killed in London lorry collision identified

A cyclist killed in a collision with a lorry in West Dulwich, south London, has been named by police.

Chiara Luisa Giacomini, 30, from East Dulwich, was pronounced dead at the scene in Thurlow Park Road on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination carried out on 5 September gave the cause of death as multiple injuries.

Police said an inquest will be opened and adjourned at Southwark Coroner's Court on Monday.

The 40-year-old driver of the HGV lorry, a white Mercedes, was arrested and later bailed pending further enquiries.
