Man charged over fight death near Brent Cross Tube station

A man has been charged with murdering a 21-year-old man who was stabbed in the neck during a brawl near to a London Tube station.

Joseph Olopo, from Colindale, died in hospital after a fight between a number of people in Heathfield Gardens, near to Brent Cross Tube station, on Friday.

A 21-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with his murder.

Two 20-year-old men who were also arrested over the fight have been bailed until March.

One was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder while the other was held on suspicion of affray.

A 17-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of affray has been released without charge.
