Pair charged with murdering man in Manchester

Two teenagers have been charged with murdering a 48-year-old man in Manchester.

Abrar Ul-Haqe was found with serious head injuries in Chipping Square, Longsight, on Wednesday night. He was taken to hospital but died.

Post-mortem tests found he died as a result of head and face trauma, a police spokesman said.

The teenagers, both 18, are due to appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court on Saturday.
