Blackley shooting: Two more on attempted murder charges

Two more men have been charged with the attempted murder of a man who was shot in north Manchester.

Police found the victim with a gunshot wound to his thigh when they were called to a disturbance at Carmel Court in Blackley at 0730 GMT on 2 March.

The man was taken to hospital where he is continuing to recover.

Two men, both aged 20 from London and St Albans, are due to appear at Manchester City Magistrates' Court later.

Two other men, both aged 23, have previously been charged with attempted murder.
