Bolton 'sudden death' at house not suspicious, say police

The death of a woman whose body was found at a house in Bolton is not being treated as suspicious, police said.

The 43-year-old's body was discovered by officers who were called to a report of a "sudden death" on Eckersley Road at about 03:50 BST on Monday.

After a post-mortem examination and an investigation into the events leading up to her death, detectives said they were satisfied there was no foul play.

Three men arrested on suspicion of murder have been released on bail.
