Family tribute to man killed in Runcorn car crash

The family of a pedestrian killed in a car crash in Cheshire have paid tribute to "a man who would help anybody".
Tommy McDonald died in hospital after he was hit by a car on Spur Road in Runcorn on Wednesday.
The 50-year-old former construction worker was taken to hospital but died later from his injuries.
Mr McDonald had lived in Runcorn all his life and had a large family. He was a keen gardener. His family said he would be "sadly missed".
