Two held in Liverpool chef murder inquiry

Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a Liverpool chef.

Colin Hughes, 42, was found dead in the backyard of his home in Old Swan in the early hours of 21 September.

A 21-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman, are being questioned by detectives, Merseyside Police said.

Two other men, aged 24 and 47, have previously been arrested over the murder and have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
