Concern is growing for a 17-year-old girl who went missing from a Liverpool bar three days ago.

Chelsea Adkins, from West Derby, was reported missing after going out with friends to Heebie Jeebies on Seel Street on 28 December.

Police said she was spotted on CCTV in Southport on Wednesday, but has not been in touch with her family since.

Her family are becoming increasingly concerned as they say she needs regular medication.

They have been on the social networking site Twitter to try to raise awareness and urge her to get in touch.

Chelsea is described as white, 5ft 1in (1.5m) tall, and slim with shoulder length dark brown hair.

She was wearing Doc Marten boots, ripped jeans, a black top and a black leather jacket when she disappeared.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
