Man bailed over Joseph Cummins shooting in Fazakerley

A 20-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murdering another man in Liverpool has been released on bail.
Joseph Cummins, 25, was shot repeatedly in the back on Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, on 20 January. He died later in hospital.
Two other people were also arrested on Saturday. They have also been bailed, Merseyside Police said.
Mr Cummins, of Liverpool, was described by his family as a "lovable rogue".
