Vigil for missing Chester cruise woman Rebecca Coriam

Friends and family of a Cheshire woman who went missing from a cruise ship off the coast of Mexico held a vigil for her on Sunday evening.

Youth worker Rebecca Coriam, 24, from Guilden Sutton, near Chester, was last seen on the Disney Wonder on 21 March.

About 60 people lit chinese lanterns at Chester Racecourse.

Her parents, Michael and Ann Coriam, have appealed for help to find Rebecca, who was working as a children's activity co-ordinator.

Her aunt, Trish Davies, said: "We just hope that if Rebecca... is watching, she will realise how many people miss and love her and wish that she would come home."

Police in the Bahamas - where the Disney Wonder is registered - said they had found no evidence to suggest "foul play" on board the liner.
