Friends and family of a Cheshire woman who went missing from a cruise ship off the coast of Mexico have released 500 balloons at Chester racecourse.

Youth worker Rebecca Coriam, 24, from Guilden Sutton, near Chester, was last seen on the Disney Wonder on 21 March.

About 300 people attended the event. Supporters say they will meet each week until she is found.

Police in the Bahamas, where Disney Wonder is registered, said there was no evidence to suggest "foul play".

Her parents, Michael and Ann Coriam, have appealed for help to find Rebecca, who was working as a children's activity co-ordinator.
