Liverpool stab victim named as David Corridan by murder police

A man who died from multiple stab wounds at a house in Liverpool has been named by police as David Corridan.

The 32-year-old was found by officers at a property on New Hall Lane, Norris Green at about 16:00 GMT on Monday.

Paramedics treated him at the scene for stab wounds but he was pronounced dead before he could reach hospital.

Police said a murder investigation was under way, and house-to-house inquiries and a search of the area had taken place.

Officers have placed a cordon around the property.
