Shop owner hurt by robbers in raid on Norfolk jewellers

The owner of a jewellery shop in Norfolk has been taken to hospital after he was injured in a raid by armed men.

Officers are still hunting three men who brandished weapons, believed to be axes, in Webbs County Jewellers in Holt's High Street on Tuesday.

A man was hit on the head in the raid. The extent of his injuries are not known.

A car used as a getaway was recovered by police in nearby Baconsthorpe.

The centre of Holt was temporarily sealed off while officers made initial investigations.
