Toddler badly injured in hospital car park collision

A three-year-old boy is in a serious condition after being hit by a car as he was walking in a hospital car park in Norfolk.

The child has serious leg and torso injuries after the collision with the silver Fiat in the main car park at the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston.

He is being treated at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.

The accident happened on Tuesday afternoon and police are appealing for witnesses.
