Police wait to quiz crash driver in Norfolk

Ryan Youngman was a front seat passenger in the Ford Fiesta
Police are still waiting to question the 17-year-old car driver who crashed in Norfolk - killing a boy aged 15 - during a police pursuit.
Ryan Youngman, of Gorleston, died in the Ford Fiesta which hit a wall in High Street, Caister, on 2 February.
The driver, who has not yet named by police, was admitted to the James Paget Hospital with critical injuries.
Police said the driver, who is still under arrest, was now in a stable condition but still seriously injured.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is investigating the incident and wants witnesses to contact them.
