Man hurt in Suffolk Grampian pork factory machine

A man suffered head and facial injuries when he was trapped in machinery at a meat company in Suffolk.

The East of England Ambulance Service said it was alerted to Grampian Country Pork at Little Wratting near Haverhill shortly before 12:45 BST.

A spokesman said the man, believed to be in his 40s, was treated at the scene by paramedics and a team from the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

He was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge by road.
