Ian Church Great Yarmouth death: Fourth charge

A woman has become the fourth person to be charged over an attack outside a Great Yarmouth pub which led to the death of a 40-year-old man.

Ian Church, from the town, suffered serious head injuries in Nelson Road on 5 May. He died on 7 May.

Police said a 33-year-old woman from Sheerness, Kent, has been charged with grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent and actual bodily harm (ABH).

She has been bailed to appear before Norwich magistrates on Tuesday.

Three men, aged 24, 29 and 30 are due to enter pleas on a charge of GBH at Norwich Crown Court on 10 August.

A 43-year-old man remains on bail pending further inquiries.
