Cyclist in 90s hurt in crash in Essex dies in hospital

A cyclist in her 90s who was seriously hurt in a collision with a lorry in Essex has died in hospital.
The woman, who is yet to named, was riding along Frinton Road, Kirby Cross, at about 0820 BST when the collision happened near Freituna Road.
She was taken to hospital with life-threatening head injuries and died a few hours later.
The 45-year-old lorry driver was arrested on suspicion of careless driving and bailed until October.
