March for schoolboy fatally stabbed in Northamptonshire

The friends of a 16-year-old boy who was fatally stabbed in Northamptonshire are to gather in Milton Keynes later to see in the new year in his memory.

Adil Basharat, of Milton Keynes, was stabbed in Stratford Road, Deanshanger, on 19 November and died two days later.

About 40 people have joined a Facebook group planning to meet at The Square, Wolverton, at 2330 GMT, for a March For Adil.

Four men have been charged with his murder and remanded in custody.
