Attempted murder arrests over Nottingham assault

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was assaulted in Nottingham.

The 34-year-old victim suffered minor injuries to his face, arms and legs during the attack on Foxhill Road, Carlton, on 10 September.

An 18-year-old Carlton man and a 24-year-old Sneinton man were questioned and later released on bail.

Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to the incident, which happened at about 2100 BST.

Officers previously arrested a 37-year-old man, a 17-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old boy. All were released on bail pending further inquiries.
