Police have issued an e-fit of a man wanted in connection with an attack on a woman in a Nottingham cemetery.

A 22-year-old woman was attacked as she walked through the Nottingham General Cemetery, Canning Circus, on 12 October at about 0150 BST.

She heard footsteps behind her before she was grabbed and pushed to the ground and assaulted.

The woman managed to fight off her attacker and he then ran off.

Police are treating it as an attempted serious sexual assault.

The suspect is described as Asian, in his mid 20s, with dark hair, brown eyes and of slim build.

Police said he had a chip to one of his front teeth and wore a light grey hooded top and white trainers.
