Third man held over Nottingham city centre stabbing
A 27-year-old man has been arrested over the stabbing of a 32-year-old man in Nottingham city centre in the early hours of Sunday.
Police believe the victim was attacked at the junction of Friar Lane and Maid Marian Way following a dispute at Hounds Gate involving up to 10 people.
He is said to be in a stable condition at the Queen's Medical Centre following emergency surgery.
The latest arrest is the third in connection with the case.
Two men, aged 22 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent on Sunday.
Police are especially keen to know if those who fled the scene were seen doing so by car, taxi, bus or another form of transport.
