Firefighters tackle Bulwell house blaze

Dozens of firefighters are tackling a blaze at a house in Nottingham which has spread to two further properties.

Crews from Stockhill, Hucknall and Highfields stations were called to the terraced property on Grindon Crescent, in Bulwell, at about 1100 GMT.

They are no reports of anyone being trapped inside although there are reports of animals being in the house.

A fire service spokeswoman said Red Cross personnel were at the scene offering assistance to residents.
