Nottingham man questioned over teenage girl sex attack

Police have arrested a man following the serious sexual assault of a teenage girl in Nottingham last month.

The 17-year-old girl was attacked in Sherwood Rise on 11 November.

The assault took place at about 0400 GMT in the Open University Grounds next to Clarendon College, near the Gregory Boulevard and Mansfield Road junction.

A 20-year-old Nottingham man was arrested in connection with the assault on Tuesday afternoon and is being questioned by police.
