Nottinghamshire County Council has expanded its online gritting map which allows residents to check which roads have been gritted.
The map now details border routes gritted by Nottingham City Council and other neighbouring authorities.
More than 11,000 people have viewed the map since it was launched in November and 1,500 people are following the council's gritter Twitter alerts.
The map has been expanded following feedback from users.

The map now includes the routes treated by county councils in Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire as well as the city council.
