A man arrested in connection with the murder of a Nottinghamshire man in 2002 has been questioned a second time.

David Draycott, 40, was shot outside his home in Woodlands Way, Sutton-in-Ashfield, on 7 October and died a few days later.

A 54-year-old was arrested at HMP Whitemoor on Tuesday and taken to a police station in Nottingham. He had also been questioned in December.

He was released on bail and returned to prison on Wednesday.

Three other people were arrested last year in connection with the murder but all were released.
