Police searching for missing Wollaton woman find body

Police searching for a woman who has been missing from her Nottingham home for almost a month have recovered a body.

Margaret Whyley, 66, was last seen at her home in Wollaton on 16 January.

Officers had staged a high-profile search in nearby Wollaton Park to find her

A body was found in the canal behind the Showcase Cinema in Redfield Way on Saturday. The dead woman's identity has yet to be confirmed.
