Youth charged over St Ann's taxi driver robbery

A youth has been charged in connection with the robbery of a taxi driver who was stabbed in both legs in Nottingham.
The 30-year-old driver was attacked by a group of males when he stopped his car in Furze Gardens, St Ann's, late on 5 December.
He was treated in hospital for his wounds, which were not life-threatening.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with robbery, causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an imitation firearm.
He appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday and was remanded in custody.
