Police investigating the cause of a fire at a Nottingham pub have said it was started deliberately.
The fire at the Alma Inn, in Alfreton Road, Radford, broke out some time between 0900 GMT and 1100 GMT on Thursday.
Officers said matches were found around the building and a forensic examination revealed fires were started at a number of different points.
The pub, which is currently closed, was unoccupied at the time.
Anyone with information about the fire or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the pub on Thursday morning is asked to contact police.
