CCTV of Compton Acres newsagent robbery suspect issued
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with an armed raid at a Nottinghamshire newsagent.
A masked man went into the shop in Compton Acres Shopping Centre, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, on Saturday afternoon.
Police said the offender threatened staff with what is believed to be a handgun and demanded cash.
After staff handed over a quantity of cash the man walked out of the shop.
Officers said the suspect then ran off towards Wilford Lane. No-one was injured in the incident.
The offender is described as white and aged between 40 and 50 years old.
He had his face covered, and was wearing distinctive glasses with round rims.
