Homes near a derelict building in Nottingham were evacuated after a fire seriously damaged the property.

Crews from five stations were called out to extinguish the fire in Lake Street in Radford on Friday evening.

Investigators said the building was at risk of collapsing and a "small number" of people living nearby were moved out of their homes overnight.

It is not yet known if the fire at the three-storey structure was started deliberately.
