Nottingham man in court to face rape charges

A Nottingham man has appeared before magistrates charged with sexual offences, including rape and the misuse of computer systems.

Richard Mundle, 32, of Raymede Drive, Bestwood, is charged with three counts of rape and one of assault, sexual assault and computer misuse.

The offences are alleged to have taken place between May and November 2010.

The 32-year-old did not enter a plea at the hearing at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court.

He is due to appear at Derby Crown Court on 1 September.
