Malakai McKenzie killing: Eleventh person arrested

An eleventh person has been arrested in connection with the killing of a Nottingham teenager.

The 25-year-old suspect was detained after Malakai McKenzie, 19, died after being shot on 21 April

Mr McKenzie was fatally injured in the car park of The Hubb pub, on Hucknall Road, Sherwood.

Three men have already been charged with his murder and remanded in custody.

Six other people arrested are on police bail with one person held in custody.

The three charged with murder are Ijah Lavelle-Moore, 20, of Nottingham Road in New Basford, Malcolm Vaughan Francis, 18, of Constance Street in New Basford, and Cameron Cashin, 20, of Liddington Street in Basford.

They are due to appear before Nottingham Crown Court on 23 May.
