Cyclist dies after crash outside Bramcote Crematorium

A cyclist has died after he collided with a lorry in Nottinghamshire.

The man, thought to be 40, suffered head injuries in the crash, which happened outside Bramcote Crematorium in Coventry Lane, Bramcote.

The cyclist was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the lorry was not injured. Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision, at about 04:40 BST, to come forward.
