Malakai McKenzie murder: Man, 18, charged

A man has been charged with the murder of a 19-year-old who was shot outside a Nottingham bar.

Malakai McKenzie died in hospital after being shot near The Hubb public house in Sherwood on 21 April.

Donte Grant, of Susan Drive, in Bulwell, has also been charged with three counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm.

The 18-year-old is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

Cameron Cashin, 20, Ijah Lavelle-Moore, 20, and Malcolm Vaughan Francis, 18, all from the Basford area of Nottingham, have also been charged with murder.
