The parents of a 19-year-old man who was killed in a car crash in Oxfordshire say he was "a very popular boy who lived life to the full."

Neil Webb died when the Citroen Saxo he was a passenger in collided with a BMW on the Bucknell Road, in Ardley, near Bicester, last Friday.

"You loved your family and friends, and everyone around you loved you," his parents added.

Thames Valley Police are still looking for witnesses to the accident.

Officers say they are keen to speak to the driver of a green or blue BMW, which possibly had an M registration, that was driving along Bucknell Road at 2130 BST on the night of the crash.
